How much does it cost for a Greenwich Kitchen Center designer to come to my home, measure and provide an estimate?
No charge! There is no charge or obligation to have a Greenwich Kitchen Center design specialist assess your needs in your home. After learning about your preferences on layout, colors, materials and costs, your design specialist will create your dream kitchen plans at no charge. Utilize our printable kitchen check list to assist you in areas of consideration when your kitchen is designed.
Can I bring my plans to the showroom and speak with a designer?
Please do! Our design specialists are skilled in incorporating our extensive product offerings into your plans. Our showroom and design specialists are available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. If you have a limited time to browse our showroom, you can call us to set a convenient appointment time.
Do you sell any appliances or plumbing products?
While many plans call for new appliances and plumbing, Greenwich Kitchen Center sticks to what we do best. You guessed it…kitchens! Our kitchen design specialists maintain relationships with many appliance and plumbing stores in the area. If your plans call for new appliances or plumbing, your kitchen designer can make a personal referral to a company that can suit your needs and preferences.
Do you sell specialty cabinet hardware?
Specialty cabinet hardware can add that extra sparkle to your new kitchen. Greenwich Kitchen Center has a wide variety of hardware from around the world. In our showroom we feature porcelain B&W hardware from Texas, hand cast original design Emenee hardware from New York, Belwith Keeler from Germany as well as access to many other world wide designers. Your design specialist can find the perfect hardware to enhance your new beautiful kitchen.
I need another piece of hardware. Who should I contact?

I heard that a self cleaning oven can cause my cabinets to warp. Do I need to open the doors when I am cooking in my oven?
Most products today have addressed these issues. Your kitchen was most likely designed around this issue. Please check with the individual manufacturer.
Where can I get touch up material if I scratch my wood doors?
You can request a touch up kit from our Warranty Department.
If I want to clean my wood cabinets, what cleaning product do I use?
There are many products available specifically for cleaning wood. You can also use a mild soap and water solution. Dry thoroughly when you are finished. You cabinets should be dusted frequently to prevent buildup. Don’t use pre-soaped pads, harsh detergents or steel wool on your cabinets. This will remove the finish. If I want to clean my laminate cabinets, what cleaning product do I use?

My laminate top (Formica® or Formica-like) was manufactured and installed by Greenwich Kitchen Center. How do I maintain it?
Formica recommends a clean, damp, non-abrasive cloth with mild detergent or household cleaner to clean most dirt and residue. My solid surface top (Corian® or Corian-like) was manufactured and installed by Greenwich Kitchen Center. How do I maintain it?
